The hair works. Neither love or hate it. It’s pretty middle ground for extensions I’ve used before. Customer service though is horrible. I ordered and website says same day shipping. Didn’t ship for a full week and I had to inquire about my shipment before they “shipped” it. Tracking didn’t move the package for a few days after. So order early and don’t depending on when they say it will ship out.
