Free Shipping
All orders ship same day if placed before 9 p.m. EST Monday - Friday unless there is a shipping address error or stockout, we will contact you immediately at that time. We never ship during weekends or holidays. Besides we need a few hours to process you order and the shipment. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
Youngsee Hair shipping method is DHL, FEDEX, USPS or CNE. We will choose the appropriate way to express according to your region. The delivery time is 3-5 business days via FEDEX and DHL, 10-20 business days via USPS and CNE.
NOTE: Shipping times are estimates only, the shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforseen circumstances which Youngsee is not responsible for.

Address Issues:
FEDEX and DHL packages cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Therefore, please provide a correct street delivery address.
Make sure the shipping address you enter is accurate. If you need to cancel or change your order address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
For orders under $400, there is typically no signature service. If you have special requirements, please contact us after placing your order.
Customs Issues:
International shipments must go through customs clearance. Customs rules and requirements vary by country. Customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties and for arranging any necessary permits or special documents. We can provide an invoice if needed.
Due to local customs policies in Spain, express shipping has been suspended. All orders sent to Spain will be shipped via CNE.
Logistics Issues:
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing your order tracking number. We recommend that you track your order to ensure you receive your package smoothly.
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not yet received it, please contact the courier at the provided number to investigate the issue. If you have any questions, please contact us at service@youngsee.shop.
Once your package has been delivered, we will send an email notification regarding the delivery status. If you still cannot locate your package after receiving the notification, please contact us within 7 days so we can promptly reach out to the courier for investigation and assist you in finding your package. If you exceed this deadline, the courier will be unable to provide further assistance, and any losses incurred will be your responsibility.
