The hair extensions should be washed every 10-20 wears or when they become unmanageable to style. Just be careful when washing the tape in hair extensions that you try not to get conditioner on the tape, it will break down the glue.
It depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care, normally it could last longer than 1 year.
It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.
Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference.
Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dying darker.
Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the remy hair. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use good quality hair products and test a small sample first.
Yes, you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the remy hair. However, don't do it too frequently, otherwise the heat will easily make the hair get dry and tangled.
Moisturizing shampoos and balsam conditioners are recommended. Please don't use the purple shampoo or other colorful shampoo to wash light color hair goods.

Your Hair Extensions tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
For semi-permanent methods (tape-ins and wefts) you can sleep with your extensions in. For ready to wear extension methods (clips, halos, etc) we absolutely do not recommend you sleep with your extensions in. Sleeping with ready to wear hair extensions can damage your own hair, and it can cause the hair extensions to not last as long.
Our method is 100% natural and no tools are needed. We do not advise using heat or a flat iron to apply the extensions. IN FACT- Adding heat will cause the glue to melt and spread making it difficult to remove.
If you have thin hair, tape in extensions are one of the best hair extension choices for you. Clips will be too bulky and may cause balding long term on those who have super fine hair. With tape ins your hair is protected from damage and breakage. If you have thin/fine hair, your hairstylist should use the single sided tape in method for your tape in application. The single sided method is applying one tape bond and one piece of single sided tape, forming one bond, instead of applying two tape wefts together. This places less weight on your hair and allows you to enjoy extensions without the risk of damage

About shipment and return
Usually, it takes about 3-5 business days to reach your address via Expedited Shipping. It takes about 7-15 business days to reach your address via Standard Shipping
Our manufacturing is located in Shandong, China. Our shipping warehouse are located in China, USA and UK.
Youngsee Hair shipping method is DHL, Fedex or USPS. We will choose the appropriate way to express according to your region.The delivery time is 3-5 business days via DHL, 5-7 business days via FedEx, 7-10 business days via USPS.
We accept exchanges for a different length & colors for eligible hair extensions. Exchanges will be issued STORE CREDIT and you will be able to repurchase your desired length and shade. No refunds for the price difference in length will be issued, so please choose wisely when selecting the length. Due to the particularity of the hair extensions, you can confirm whether you meet our return conditions after contacting us. We have warehouses in China, the United States, and Germany. Since there are a lot of goods in and out of the warehouse every day, please do not send the products back privately. We will arrange the nearest warehouse according to your location. It may not be possible to return the goods normally if the goods sent back privately, hope you understand and support.
