PROCESSING TIME

Any orders placed with YoungSee before 9 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day. However, orders that are out of stock, have incorrect addresses, or are for pre-sale items cannot be shipped right away. We will contact you within 48 hours to fix any of these issues.Please remember that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We also need a few hours to process your order before it is shipped. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders include real-time tracking information and a tracking number so you can easily track your package and check its delivery status.If you need help, please reach out to our customer service team at: service@youngsee.shop.

YoungSee Hair offers expedited shipping (via DHL or FedEx) and standard shipping (via UPS, CNE, or USPS).
Note: Shipping costs and delivery times can be affected by weather, natural disasters, trade laws, political events, carrier policies, and other factors. The shipping time is an estimate, and delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances. YoungSee is not responsible for these delays. If your order needs processing time, please add that to the shipping time to estimate your total delivery time.

NOTICE ABOUT DELIVERY

Address Issues

1.Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is accurate. To ensure your package is delivered smoothly, carefully check your shipping address at the time of order. Incomplete address information may lead to delivery delays, and we are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address details. We ship based on the shipping address, not the billing address!

2.FEDEX and DHL packages cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Therefore, please provide a valid street address.

3.Can I change my order address? If you need to cancel or change the address, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the shipping address cannot be changed.

Customs Issues

1. International shipments must clear customs. Customs rules and requirements vary by country or region. Customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties and for obtaining any necessary permits or special documents. We can provide invoices if needed.

2. Due to local customs policies in Spain, express shipping services have been suspended. All orders to Spain will be shipped via CNE.

3. Customs Delays: Customs clearance may experience delays due to policies and special holidays. While this is rare, it is beyond our control. We do our best to ensure that you can easily track your package using the tracking email we provide.

Shipping Issues

1. After your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number. We recommend tracking your order to ensure smooth delivery. When your package is delivered, we will send you a delivery notification email. If you cannot find your package after receiving this notification, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. If you miss this timeframe, the carrier may not be able to assist further, and any resulting losses will be your responsibility.

2. Please do not refuse delivery! Refusing a package can result in high return shipping fees and duties. Any costs incurred from refusing a package will be fully charged to the buyer.

3. Package damaged or missing? If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please email service@youngsee.shop immediately with your order number, pictures of the packaging, and images of the products inside. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Since we are not the shipping company, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery to the correct address, but we will do our best to assist you.

4. To keep shipping costs down, accessories cannot be shipped separately and must be purchased with the main products.

5. Orders under $500 usually do not require a signature upon delivery. If you have special requirements, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
