60-Day Return and Exchange Policy

Friendly Reminder: To provide a more flexible, convenient, and customer-friendly return service, starting from now, we will no longer charge a 5% return fee on orders placed after August 15.  

Returns 

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unused items within 60 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
  • Any hair that has been removed from its packaging, washed, cut, styled, or dyed.
  • Items with the gold thread removed. Hair extensions are considered hygiene products, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have had the gold thread removed. No hair extension company will accept this; there are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Products labeled "Final Sale," "US Only," and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange as these are sold at zero profit. 
  • Customized items. Custom lengths and colors are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about the color, we recommend ordering samples before purchasing or contacting our customer service to confirm the color.
  • Gift cards and hair extension tools.

To initiate a return, please contact us before taking any action to confirm whether your return meets our policy. All returns must go through our official channels for approval and processing. If products are returned without prior consent, any resulting loss will be borne by the buyer.
Note: For products returned without permission, we must charge 50% of the order amount. We hope for your understanding and support in this matter.
Additionally, please do not refuse to accept the package! Refusing a package incurs high shipping and customs fees. Any fees incurred due to refusal will be fully borne by the buyer who initiated the refusal.

Please return the package within 15 days of receiving our return address. After 15 days, we will no longer process your return request.

Please ensure that the return address we provided matches the address on the shipping label when you send out the package. Any loss caused by sending the package to an incorrect address will be borne by the buyer.

Please include your order number slip in the package when returning/exchanging, and provide us with the tracking number for the returned package to facilitate tracking and speed up the return process.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and confirm that the hair extensions are unused, unwashed, and still in their original packaging within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase. We will assist you in checking inventory and calculating any price differences. After we receive your returned package and confirm that everything is in order, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please retain the tracking number for your return package and provide it to us. This will help us track the package and ensure it is safely returned to our warehouse.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. We will assist you with the return after you receive the item.

High-Risk Orders

If your order is identified as high-risk, we will not ship it immediately for account security reasons. We will contact you via email within 24 hours. Please respond to the email promptly and provide the required information. Once we verify that the information provided is correct, we will ship your order immediately. However, if we do not receive the necessary information within 7 days, the system will automatically cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Lost Packages

After your package is delivered, we will send an email notification regarding the delivery. If you still cannot locate your package after receiving this notification, please contact us within 7 days so that we can promptly reach out to the courier for an investigation to help you locate your package. If you exceed this timeframe, the courier will not be able to provide further assistance, and any resulting losses will be your responsibility.
