Youngsee Hair Shipping Protection Terms of Use
1. What is Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on service offered by Youngsee Hair to help protect your order during transit.
This service currently covers:
- Lost packages during transit
Shipping Protection does NOT cover:
- Packages marked as delivered but later reported as stolen or missing after delivery
2. Not an Insurance Product
Shipping Protection is a value-added service provided by Youngsee Hair.
It is not an insurance policy and does not constitute any form of insurance coverage.
3. Coverage & Eligibility
Shipping Protection applies only to:
- Orders shipped directly by Youngsee Hair
- Orders with a total value up to $1,000
- Eligible delivery regions (e.g., United States)
4. Claims & Timeframes
Lost Packages (Only Coverage)
To be eligible for a claim:
- Claims must be submitted no earlier than 7 days after the expected delivery date
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the last tracking update
5. Claim Requirements & Customer Cooperation
To submit a claim, you may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Shipping tracking information
Customers must cooperate with the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) during any investigation. This may include:
- Confirming delivery status
- Filing a missing package report with the carrier
- Providing additional information requested by the carrier or Youngsee Hair
Failure to cooperate with the carrier investigation may result in claim denial.
6. Carrier Confirmation Requirement
A package will only be considered “lost” when:
- The shipping carrier confirms the package is lost, or
- Tracking shows no movement or delivery status for a reasonable period, as determined by Youngsee Hair
7. Resolution
If your claim is approved, Youngsee Hair will provide one of the following solutions:
- A free replacement of the item, or
- A refund of the product value
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
8. Limitations
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen after delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery delays without confirmed loss
- Claims submitted outside the eligible timeframe
9. Ownership of Replaced Items
If a lost item is replaced or refunded and later recovered, the item becomes the property of Youngsee Hair.
10. Changes to Terms
Youngsee Hair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
