Exchange and Returns

Returns 

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from our website www.youngsee.shop within 60 days of purchase. Products purchased from other platforms are not eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for a return/exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • You may remove items from their packaging to check color, length, size, and texture, but please ensure they are not altered in any way. Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Any hair that has been removed from its packaging, washed, cut, styled, or dyed.
  • Items with the gold thread and tags removed. Hair extensions are considered hygiene products, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products with the gold thread removed. No hair extension company will accept this; there are no exceptions.
  • Products labeled “Final Sale,” “US Only,” or Clearance items, as these are sold at zero profit.
  • Customized items / Pre-Sale Orders. Custom lengths and colors are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about the color, we recommend ordering samples before purchasing or contacting customer service. Please note: Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours because production at the factory has already started.
  • Gift cards and hair extension tools.
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, since the package has already been sent using expedited shipping.
  • Products showing strong perfume scents, noticeable odors, or other signs of use.
  • Requests made after 60 days from receipt of the item.

Please note: Our product images are all taken from real-life photos. Due to lighting, angles, and monitor settings, there may be slight color differences, which is normal. If you are unsure about the color, feel free to contact our customer service before placing your order. We can take multiple photos and videos from different angles to help you assess the color.

Return Shipping Costs:
Except in cases of wrong or defective items, all return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We especially emphasize that due to hair color variations caused by lighting and monitor differences, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us before taking any action to confirm whether your return meets our policy. All returns must go through our official channels for approval and processing. Returns sent without prior consent will result in any loss being borne by the buyer.
  2. Note: Products returned without permission will incur a 50% charge of the order amount.
  3. Do not refuse the package, as refusal incurs high shipping and customs fees, which will be fully borne by the buyer initiating the refusal.
  4. Return the package within 15 days of receiving our return address. Returns after 15 days will no longer be processed.
  5. Ensure the return address we provide matches the shipping label. Any loss caused by sending to an incorrect address is the buyer’s responsibility.
  6. Include your order number slip and provide us with the tracking number for the returned package to facilitate processing.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and confirm that the item is unused, unwashed, free of any perfume or noticeable scents, and in its original packaging within 2-7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us within 60 days of purchase. We will assist you with inventory and any price differences. After we receive and confirm the returned package, your exchange will be processed promptly. Please retain the tracking number to ensure safe return to our warehouse.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before the product has been shipped or produced for a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel, but will assist with return after receipt.

High-Risk Orders

High-risk orders may not ship immediately for account security reasons. We will contact you via email within 24 hours. Failure to respond or provide necessary info within 7 days may result in automatic cancellation.

Lost Packages

After your package is delivered, we will send an email notification regarding the delivery. If you still cannot locate your package after receiving this notification, please contact us within 7 days so that we can promptly reach out to the courier for an investigation to help you locate your package. If you exceed this timeframe, the courier will not be able to provide further assistance, and any resulting losses will be your responsibility.

Inspection & Hygiene Policy

All returns undergo thorough inspection. Products ineligible for exchange or refund—due to strong scents, usage, removal of gold thread, or missing parts—will be donated to a recycling company for hygiene and safety reasons. Products failing inspection will not be returned.
