Exchange and Returns

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused items that are within 60 days from the date of purchase.

There are a few items that can't be returned/exchanged: 

  • Item that have been opened/used
  • Products marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Any hair that has been removed from package, cut, styled, or color treated

Notice: For all returns due to no fault of ours, a 5% re-stocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

However,  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, exceptions can be made. For concerns or feedback on products received, such as damaged or defective, please contact us at service@youngsee.shop and we’ll work to find you the best solution.
