I can’t really rate the product since I never received it. My extensions said they were delivered on July 27th. I have still not received my product. I have reached out multiple times and I am being told to have patience while they try to figure it out. I think that 3 wks is long enough. I ask that they either resend the product or refund my money. As of today, I haven’t heard anything back after that email. They do respond but it seems to be either trying to put me off, hoping I forget or and automated email. I was being nice and waiting, but again it’s been 3 wks.
