Quality Control
In 2024, we are adopting a more rigorous approach to our craft, implementing strict and uniform production standards. These standards take into account the hair color of European and American demographics, the load-bearing capacity of different hair types, and common customer feedback, ensuring that every penny spent by our customers is worth it. Moreover, upon completion, our professional team conducts random inspections, focusing on common issues such as color mismatches, fading, hair shedding, and glue overflow.
Transparent Feedback Channel
We have established an effective feedback mechanism for addressing issues. If customers receive products with quality problems, they can report them via email at notice@youngsee.shop or service@youngsee.shop. We will actively seek solutions that satisfy our customers and promptly communicate these issues to the factory, demanding corrective actions to establish a positive feedback loop. Although our workers have at least 8 years of experience and excel in their craft, no one is perfect. We value every customer's feedback and are committed to minimizing any issues with our products.
New Hair Color, New Category
This year, we are introducing seven new hair colors, available across the Virgin Genius Weft Extensions, Virgin Tape-in Hair Extensions, and Virgin Injection Tape-in Hair Extensions series. During our anniversary celebration, all new colors will be offered at a 20% discount. Additionally, we will discontinue the Virgin U Tip Hair Extensions and introduce the more flexible and convenient Virgin K Tip. The Virgin K Tip features a right-angle keratin tip that fits better with the client's hair when installed using heat fusion. It can also be divided into two smaller keratin tips for more flexible installation. The Virgin K Tip is also available at a 20% discount during the anniversary event.

Customers who place an order between August 1st and August 15th will receive a floral hair clip, available in five colors, chosen at random.
